Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your medical apparel fits perfectly and meets your professional needs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- AnyWear Clogs (for hygiene reasons)
- Alegria Shoes (if the sanitary liner has been removed or shows signs of wear)
- Brooks Shoes (if worn outdoors or if the sanitary liner is compromised)
- Opened or used accessories
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit Return Request: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items with original tags and include your order confirmation
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.
